Beginner (Slit In Middle) Mouth Tape by CULT (30 Tapes Per Pack)

These are very comfortable to wear.

I just started using these and have started waking up before my alarm goes off, feeling rested for the first time I can remember in years. My allergies seem better, I’m less stuffed up in the morning, and I’m not waking up throughout the night nearly as much. I’m convinced. They work as well as I hoped they would.

I tried it for the first time last night. I slept really well, I feel rested. So it works as prescribed. However my mouth is left feeling a bit sticky after peeling off and even tried washing my mouth area with face wash and my lips still feel sticky. It also was a bit hard to peel off. Lastly, I don’t understand if my strips don’t have the slit or if I just don’t see it? I was thirsty in the middle of the night and had to painfully unpeel to drink. Then the corner stuck to itself as I drank. But it works, slept through my nose like a champ and I like that it’s a breathable fabric.

I work shift work so I do everything I can to ensure good sleep. I started mouth taping with the original, then tried out the new tape with the slit (which I prefer). Just signed up for a subscription to make sure I never run out again.
